With more than 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Coach Kiwi has dedicated her career to helping her clients not only transform their bodies but also their minds, when it comes to living a healthy and active lifestyle. By pushing each client past self-doubt and demanding only their personal best, she helps people overcome mental blocks that stop them from achieving their goals. Coach Kiwi is definitely not your “run-of-the-mill” trainer. Her passion for people, her commitment to integrity and keen focus for each individual, is the recipe for her client’s personal success. Coach Kiwi’s mantra is, “I take your results personal,” and she has the track record and dedicated following to prove it.
Though Coach Kiwi is no longer competing as a professional body builder she still considers herself as a body builder as has shifted her focus to helping her clients build their best bodies. As founder of the Women Who Lift Program, coach equips each women with the understanding of proper form, technique and also different facets of lifting (bodybuilding, powerlifting, crossfit, fitness) that they can use to transform their body, whether they are looking to lose weight, tone, get stronger or even gain lean muscle.
As a Fitness Trainer, Coach loves not only to sweat but to give an experience. This led to the birth of KICKABS with Coach Kiwi, a high intense Cardio Kickboxing class incorporating ab work. You can expected high energy, loud music and sometimes a live DJ!
