I am an athlete and breast cancer survivor. Diagnosed in 2015, I became frustrated after realizing I did not have all the tools and information needed to survive the disease and prevent it from returning. I spent my cancer journey learning and educating myself on how to combat the disease along with using fitness, nutrition, modern medicine and lifestyle changes. I created a comprehensive program called “The LIFESTYLE Program” to help others fight the disease and help mitigate the risk of recurrence. This is my passion and purpose. The best teacher in life is “experience”
